What's New at the Berkeley Food Pantry?
The Berkeley Food Pantry is celebrating 50 years of serving food insecure households in Berkeley and Albany and helping our neighbors get through difficult times. We pray for an end to food insecurity but we will celebrate that we continue to be able to be a part of the social safety net. Learn about our story and mission.

The Berkeley Food Pantry continues to rescue thousands of pounds of food from the waste stream each month! Our pantry visitors are the beneficiaries of this bounty - fresh produce, meat, dairy, and a full array of healthy shelf-stable foods. Thanks to Berkeley Natural Grocery, Albany Target, Gilman St. Berkeley Whole Foods, Franklin Brothers' Market, Thistle, Hodo Soy, and Daily Bread for making this food available to our pantry visitors.
